Leading global tire manufacturer Hankook Tire will serve as the official tire partner and exclusive racing tire supplier across four major series operated by Racing America under a five-year partnership running from 2027 through 2031.

Hankook Tire signed the five-year partnership agreement with Racing America at its Tennessee Plant in Clarksville, Tenn., on Sept. 25. Under the agreement, Hankook will exclusively supply racing tires to four major series operated by Racing America and collaborate across several areas, including technical and engineering support, trackside services, and joint marketing initiatives.

Under the new agreement, Hankook will begin supporting Trans Am, a leading U.S. road racing series, and International GT, a premium sports car racing series. The company will also extend its partnerships with the Formula Regional Americas and the Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), both of which Hankook has supported since 2019.

Established in 1966, Trans Am is a historic American road racing series with nearly six decades of competition featuring muscle cars, while International GT showcases premium sports cars. Formula Regional Americas and F4 U.S. are leading junior formula racing series focused on developing the next generation of open-wheel drivers.

Through the partnership, Hankook plans to showcase its racing tire technology across the North American motorsports landscape and further strengthen its position as a premium tire brand. Hankook will expand engagement with local fans through exclusive racing tire supply, technical and trackside support, and a range of marketing activities including event branding, digital and broadcast exposure, and social media.

Additionally, Hankook Tire supplies racing tires and supports racing teams at more than 70 motorsports events worldwide. These include the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC), one of the world’s premier motorsports competitions organized by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). In North America, Hankook is also expanding its premium brand presence through partnerships with major motorsports properties, including the off-road racing event King of the Hammers.

Hankook’s leadership in global motorsports, highlighted by its exclusive partnership with the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) and the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship (Formula E), serves as the ultimate testing ground for its world-class technology. As a global top 7 tire company, Hankook integrates data-driven innovations from over 70 worldwide championships to deliver superior performance on and off the track. In North America, this racing-bred expertise directly informs the engineering of its premium consumer lines—including the Dynapro and iON series supplying leading local models—and is further reinforced through major sports partnerships like TGL Season2 presented by SoFi, bridging elite motorsport prestige with everyday consumer trust.
