Oswell, powered by OpenAI technology, serves as a virtual health companion designed to help members understand and manage their care. The tool can interpret medical records, explain lab results, track medications, and even prepare questions for upcoming doctor visits. It also assists with symptom management, medication refills, and cost estimates, while providing physicians with data to optimize treatment pathways.

Oscar is introducing several innovative coverage options:
- HelloMeno: A first-of-its-kind plan designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Members receive $0 primary care, gynecology, and behavioral health visits, along with no-cost hormone therapy, insomnia medications, bone density scans, and 24/7 access to experts from Elektra Health. The plan aims to save members roughly $900 per year while offering targeted symptom management and personalized care.
- Chronic Condition Plans: Tailored for individuals with diabetes, asthma, COPD, or cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic disorders, these plans feature free health coaching, low-cost medications, wellness apps, and $0 screenings and specialist visits, helping members save up to $800 annually.
- Oscar Unlocks: A new digital rewards program encouraging healthy habits and digital engagement. Members can earn perks, including VIP Care Team access, by completing actions like setting up autopay or going paperless.
Expansion and Employer Offerings
Oscar Health’s footprint will expand to 573 counties across 20 states in 2026, including new markets in Alabama and Mississippi, reinforcing its position as one of the largest carriers in the U.S. individual health insurance market.
