SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) announced a new agreement to supply its smart plug-and-play technologies to a 340-unit residential development in San Antonio, Texas. The project, led by Landmark Companies, reinforces SKYX’s momentum in large-scale, builder-driven deployments.
Smart Technology Across a Multi-Unit Community
The development includes 88 townhomes and 252 apartments, along with amenities such as swimming pools, a fitness center, meeting spaces, and landscaped common areas. SKYX will supply more than 15,000 smart units, including ceiling lights, recessed fixtures, downlights, EXIT and emergency lighting, LED backlit mirrors, and indoor and outdoor wall lights.
These products are designed to simplify installation and improve safety while enabling future upgrades.
A Growing Collaboration with Landmark Companies
Landmark Companies has built tens of thousands of units over 27 years and has more than 3,000 additional homes and apartments in development across Texas, Florida, and Colorado. Both companies expect to extend the partnership to additional upcoming projects.
